  • Day 01
    Arrival in Kathmandu

    Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to your hotel in the lively district of Thamel. Take this day to relax and recover from your journey. Meet your expedition team and guides in the evening for a detailed briefing on the upcoming expedition, including safety protocols and acclimatization strategies.

  • Day 02
    Kathmandu Preparation & Gear Checks

    Spend the day obtaining final permits and ensuring all equipment is in order. You can explore Kathmandu’s cultural sites such as Swoyambhunath Stupa or shop for last-minute trekking essentials. The evening is dedicated to packing and resting before heading into the mountains.

  • Day 03
    Fly to Lukla (2,840 m), Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)

    Take a thrilling early morning flight to Lukla, landing on one of the world’s most famous airstrips. Begin your trek by descending gently through forests and small villages along the Dudh Koshi River. Arrive at Phakding, a cozy settlement nestled beside the river, to spend the night.

  • Day 04
    Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) ~ 6-7 hrs.

    Trek through pine forests and cross several suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags. The trail gradually ascends as you approach the gateway to the high Himalayas—Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa trading town bustling with life and culture. Overnight here allows your body to adjust to the altitude.

  • Day 05
    Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar

    Spend the day on acclimatization activities including a hike to the Everest View Hotel at 3,880 m, offering stunning panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Explore nearby Sherpa villages or the cultural museum. Return to Namche to relax and hydrate, preparing your body for higher elevations ahead.

  • Day 06
    Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m) ~ 5-6 hrs.

    Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and then climb through rhododendron forests toward Tengboche, home to the famous Buddhist monastery. The monastery offers spiritual respite and spectacular views of Everest and Ama Dablam. Evening prayer ceremonies can often be attended here.

  • Day 07
    Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m) ~ 6-7 hrs.

    Descend through forest to the Imja Khola River, crossing a suspension bridge before climbing steadily through alpine terrain to Dingboche, a picturesque valley village shielded from strong winds by stone walls. The air feels thinner, making hydration and rest vital.

  • Day 08
    Acclimatization in Dingboche

    Spend the day acclimatizing with an optional hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083 m). This climb challenges your stamina at altitude while providing breathtaking views of surrounding giants such as Makalu and Lhotse. Return to Dingboche for rest and preparation for higher trekking days.

  • Day 09
    Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 m) ~ 5-6 hrs.

    Follow the Khumbu Glacier’s lateral moraine after passing the memorial at Thokla, honoring those lost on Everest. Arrive at Lobuche, a small cluster of lodges with dramatic views of Nuptse’s steep face. The increasing altitude demands careful pacing and proper hydration

  • Day 10
    Trek to Lobuche East Base Camp (5,000 m) ~ 2hrs.

    A short walk from Lobuche to the base camp for Lobuche East. Here the team organizes gear and reviews technical skills necessary for the upcoming climb. This day is about rest and mental preparation for the first major altitude challenge.

    Lobuche East High Camp (5,400 m) ~ 3-4hrs.

    Climb to Lobuche East High Camp via rocky ridges, getting closer to the summit environment. Take in the panoramic views and acclimatize further. The evening focuses on hydration, nutrition, and checking all equipment for the summit attempt.

  • Day 12
    Summit Lobuche East (6,119 m) and Return to Base Camp (4,910 m) ~ 8-10hrs.

    A pre-dawn start for the summit push of Lobuche East. This technical climb tests skills and fitness, rewarding you with incredible views of the Everest massif. After summiting, descend safely back to base camp for rest and recovery.

  • Day 13
    Rest and Sherpa Puja Ceremony at Lobuche

    A day dedicated to rest and a traditional Sherpa Puja ceremony to seek blessings for the expedition’s safety. The spiritual event involves offerings and prayers, fostering team bonding and cultural immersion. Prepare for the move toward Everest Base Camp.

  • Day 14
    Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) ~ 5-6hrs.

    Trek alongside the Khumbu Glacier’s edge, passing memorials and cairns. Arrive at Everest Base Camp, where the expedition’s main camp is established amid the stunning glacial landscape. Organize tents and equipment while adjusting to the higher altitude.

  • Day 15-16
    Rest, Acclimatization and Sherpa Puja at EBC

    Rest day focused on hydration, nutrition and light walking around the camp to aid acclimatization. Perform gear check and attend briefings on icefall safety and climbing techniques. Participate in the Puja ceremony at Everest Base Camp. This ritual includes prayers offerings and blessings from Sherpa lamas to ensure protection and success on the mountain. Team members take time to reflect and prepare mentally for the challenging climb ahead.

  • Day 17-20
    First Rotation Khumbu Icefall and Ladder Training

    Spend these days rotating through the lower Khumbu Icefall to develop confidence with ladders, fixed ropes, and crampons. Short climbs and returns to base camp help improve acclimatization while practicing critical mountaineering skills necessary for safe glacier crossing.

  • Day 21-26
    High Camp Rotations: Camps 1, 2, and 3

    • Day 21: Base Camp to Camp 1 (6,065 m) – +701 m, ~6–8 hrs.
    • Day 22: Camp 1 to Camp 2 (6,400 m) – +335 m, ~4–5 hrs.
    • Day 23: Rest at Camp 2; light hikes around camp for acclimatization
    • Day 24: Camp 2 to Camp 3 (7,200 m) – +800 m, challenging fixed ropes
    • Day 25: Descend to Camp 2 for rest
    • Day 26: Return to Base Camp
      These rotations build the physiological adaptation and mental preparedness essential for a safe summit attempt.

  • Day 27-36
    Rest and Recovery at Base Camp

    Extended rest allows your body to recover fully from rotations. Light walks around the glacier and yoga or stretching sessions help maintain fitness. Monitor weather forecasts and finalize summit plans with guides.

  • Day 37-50
    Summit Window and Climbing Preparation

    Once the summit window opens, the final push begins. The team moves through Camps 1, 2, 3, and 4 (South Col) for acclimatization, gear checks, and positioning of supplies. Summit attempts are timed with optimal weather, with climbers pushing past the South Col to reach Everest’s 8,848 m peak before descending safely to Base Camp.

  • Day 51-57
    Pack Up Base Camp and Trek to Lukla

    After descending from Everest, pack up all gear at Base Camp. Retrace the trekking route through Lobuche Dingboche Tengboche, Namche Bazaar and Phakding gradually losing altitude to aid recover.

  • Day 58
    Fly Lukla to Kathmandu

    Take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. Spend the day relaxing celebrating with your team, and enjoying the comforts of the city after weeks in the mountains.

  • Day 59
    Depart Kathmandu

    Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight home. Reflect on your epic journey and newfound experiences in the Himalayas.

Trip Includes:

4 nights Kathmandu accommodation, airport transfer to hotel and welcome dinner, all necessary climbing and trekking permits, experienced expedition leader and base camp manager, government liaison officer, flights to arid from Lukla, all meals and accommodation during trek to base camp and return, porter service to carry unlimited personal gear to base camp, fully serviced powered base camp (including personal tent, heated dining tent and communication tent, full satellite communication system (pay per use), all meals/snacks and hot showers), ICOM 2-way radio system for all guides to communicate between camps, team of Sherpa climbing guides to set up and stock all higher camps, Sherpa guides to carry personal gear to higher camps, fully serviced Camp 2 with heated dining tent and 24-hr cooking service, all meals and tents above base camp, minimum 1:1 Sherpa climbing guide on summit day, 6 bottles of oxygen with the Top Out delivery system (allows multiple summit attempts), extensive high altitude wilderness first aid kit, porters to carry group equipment, all group climbing equipment, all other charges for route fixing including icefall and expedition duffels.

International flights to Kathmandu, tips and summit bonuses for Sherpa guides, tourist visa fees, meals in Kathmandu (USD 10-15 per meal), aerated and alcoholic beverages, personal items (e.g. phone calls, laundry), travel insurance (including early departure and mountain search/rescue) and personal climbing gear.
